i apologized to snowbird in private for a insensitive and disrespectful comment i made on her "swan song" thread.

i told her i would post a public apology on the board if she wanted me to.

so here is my apology to snowbird exactly as i wrote it.. it's been brought to my attention a number of times that my comment to you on your "swan song" thread was offensive and uncalled for.

I apologized to Snowbird in private for a insensitive and disrespectful comment I made on her "Swan Song" thread. I told her I would post a public apology on the board if she wanted me to. She said she would like that

I absolutely agree. It was a stupid, rude and uncivil thing to say, and I'm very sorry I did it. I'm also sorry for taking this long to apologize.

If you'd like, I'll post a public apology on your farewell thread or any other thread of your choosing. Or I'll start a thread of my own with an apology to you. Please let me know

Some are going to accuse me of kissing the board's ass. I couldn't care less. I'm saying I'm sorry to Snowbird and Snowbird alone.
